Who would betray our Lord?
Who could do this deed?
Who could thrust a sword
Into His heart to bleed?

O Judas why did you
Turn to do this wrong?
In your heart you knew
You would repent ere long.

O Jesus, Saviour dear,
From betrayal keep
Us clean, and without fear
A place in Heav'n to reap.

Keep us steadfast true
To those we love the best,
In all we say and do
'Till we reach eternal rest.
